Welcome to PrepU Collegiate. By accessing this website, submitting forms, registering for programs, purchasing merchandise, sponsoring our program, or using our services, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Program Information
PrepU Collegiate provides athletic development, academic support, mentorship, recruiting exposure opportunities, and related services for student-athletes. Participation in any program does not guarantee college admission, athletic scholarships, roster placement, playing time, NIL opportunities, or recruitment by any college or university.
2. Registration & Eligibility
Participants must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. PrepU Collegiate reserves the right to deny, suspend, or revoke participation for false information, misconduct, or failure to meet program requirements. Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance into the program.
3. Minors & Parental/Guardian Consent
Many of our participants are under the age of 18. If the participant is a minor, these Terms must be reviewed and agreed to by a parent or legal guardian, who accepts full responsibility on the participant's behalf. By registering a minor, you confirm that you are their parent or legal guardian and that you consent to their participation, the fees involved, and these Terms.
4. Payments, Fees & Payment Plans
All application fees, roster/commitment fees, deposits, tuition, housing costs, merchandise purchases, sponsorship payments, and other charges are due according to the terms presented at the time of enrollment or purchase.
Application Fee: A non-refundable application fee is required to submit an application.
Roster/Commitment Fees: Athletes may pay their roster fee in full or, where offered, secure their spot with a deposit and pay the remaining balance by August 1.
Deposits & Balances: Deposits are non-refundable. If the remaining balance is not paid by the stated deadline, PrepU Collegiate reserves the right to release the athlete's roster spot without refund of any amounts paid.
5. Refund Policy
Unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing by PrepU Collegiate, all application fees, roster fees, deposits, and sponsorship payments are non-refundable, including in cases of withdrawal, dismissal, or failure to complete the program. Merchandise refunds are handled under Section 6.
6. Merchandise, Shipping & Returns
Merchandise purchased through our store is subject to availability. We aim to process and ship orders promptly; delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Custom or personalized items (including but not limited to "Big Heads" and personalized apparel) are made to order and are non-refundable and non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective. For damaged or defective items, contact us within 7 days of delivery.
7. Sponsorships
Sponsorship payments support the PrepU Collegiate program and are non-refundable. By sponsoring, you grant PrepU Collegiate the right to display your provided name, logo, and branding in connection with the sponsorship benefits described at the time of purchase. PrepU Collegiate does not guarantee any specific level of exposure, audience, or results from a sponsorship.
8. Participant Conduct
Participants are expected to conduct themselves respectfully and professionally at all times. PrepU Collegiate reserves the right to remove any participant, without refund, for behavior that jeopardizes the safety, well-being, or experience of others.
9. Assumption of Risk & Release of Liability
Participation in football and athletic training involves inherent risks, including the risk of serious physical injury. By participating, the athlete (and their parent/guardian, if a minor) voluntarily assumes all risks associated with participation and agrees that PrepU Collegiate, its staff, coaches, partners, and affiliates are not liable for any injury, illness, loss, or damage sustained during participation, to the fullest extent permitted by law. A separate participation waiver may be required before activities begin.
10. Medical & Emergency Information
Participants are responsible for providing accurate medical information and emergency contact details. In the event of an emergency, PrepU Collegiate may contact the listed emergency contacts and authorize appropriate medical assistance when necessary. Participants are responsible for any resulting medical costs.
11. Photo, Video & Likeness Release
By participating, you grant PrepU Collegiate the right to capture and use photographs, video, and likeness of the participant for promotional, marketing, recruiting, and program-related purposes across our website, social media, and other materials, without compensation. If you do not consent to this use, you must notify PrepU Collegiate in writing.
12. Communications Consent
By submitting your information, you consent to receive emails, phone calls, and text messages regarding your application, enrollment, payments, program updates, schedules, events, and related communications. Message frequency may vary, and standard message and data rates may apply. You may reply STOP to opt out of text messages at any time, or reply HELP for assistance. Consent to receive marketing messages is not a condition of registration or purchase.
